How do I recover the washer if it has frozen due to low temperatures?

Turn off the washer and unplug the power cord, then pour warm water over the water tap to loosen the water hose and disconnect it to soak in warm water. Pour warm water into the drum and leave it for about 10 minutes, then reconnect the water hose to the water tap. If the washer still does not operate normally, repeat these steps. (Page 17)
