What should I do if the washer is not draining or spinning?

Check that the drain hose is not kinked, obstructed, or frozen, and make sure it is inserted 6 to 8 inches inside the drain pipe. Verify that the debris filter is not clogged and that the drain hose is connected to a drain system that is not clogged. Also confirm the door is closed and the washer is level before pressing Start/Pause (Hold to Start). (Page 19)
