What should I do if the washing machine freezes?

Turn off the washer and unplug the power cord, pour warm water over the water tap to loosen the water hose, disconnect the hose and soak it in warm water, pour warm water into the drum and leave it for about 10 minutes, then reconnect the water hose to the water tap. If the washer still doesn't operate normally, repeat these steps. (Page 17)
