Where should I place a child restraint seat in my 2008 Saturn Vue?
Accident statistics show that children are safer if restrained in the rear rather than the front seat, and Saturn recommends all child restraints be secured in a rear seat. A rear-facing child restraint should never be placed in the front seat because the inflating airbag could cause serious injury or death. If you must use a forward-facing child restraint in the right front seat, always move the front passenger seat as far back as it will go. (Page 41)
