Why are the brush-rolls not spinning on my Shark Duo Vacuum?
Ensure that you have tilted the handheld vacuum back far enough to engage the brush-rolls when using the vacuum. If the brush-rolls still do not spin after tilting properly, contact Customer Service for assistance.
