How do I set up parental controls to lock channels on the Sony TV?

Press Quick settings > Navigation keys up > Channel > Parental Controls and press OK, then enter your PIN code if necessary and select Channel Blocked. Press Navigation keys up or down to select the channel you want to lock or unlock and press OK — a locked channel will be marked with a lock icon. You must enter the 4-digit PIN code to watch any locked channel. (Page 9)
