What should I do if the TV remote control is not responding?

The batteries in the remote control might be empty and need replacement. To replace them, slide the battery door on the back-bottom of the remote control, replace the old batteries with 2 AAA-1.5V batteries ensuring the + and - ends line up correctly, then reposition and slide the battery door back until it clicks. If the TV still doesn't respond, check that the infrared sensor on the front of the TV is not blocked by any objects.
