What should I do if my remote control is not responding?

If the TV does not react to key presses on the remote control, the batteries might be empty and need replacement. Open the battery compartment on the back-bottom of the remote control, replace the old batteries with 2 new type AAA-1.5V batteries, and make sure the + and - ends line up correctly. You can also press the power button on the bottom of the TV if you cannot find the remote or its batteries are empty.
