Why is no coffee pouring from the group head?

The most common causes are an empty water reservoir, a blocked group head, blocked dual wall filter baskets, or coffee grounds that are too fine or tamped too hard. Fill the reservoir and run water through without a filter basket to ensure the machine is primed, use the cleaning pin to unblock the filter basket if needed, or refer to the descaling section if scale build-up is suspected.
