How do I refund a payment to a customer's card?

Click the menu icon, enter your merchant password, select 'Credit', then enter the refund amount and have the customer present their card or contactless payment method. For manual entry refunds, follow the same steps but select 'Manual entry' and input the card details manually. (Page 5)
