My ice maker isn't making ice. What should I do?

A common reason ice makers don't produce ice is that they've been accidentally turned off. First, verify that your ice maker is turned on. If it's already on, try resetting the ice maker by locating the reset button and pressing and holding it for a few seconds. If your refrigerator doesn't have a reset button, perform a power cycle by unplugging it for 1 minute and then plugging it back in (Page 2).
