If your dishwasher is left in a seasonal dwelling or could be exposed to near-freezing temperatures, have it winterized by authorized service personnel. For summer storage, protect your dishwasher by turning off the water supply and power supply to the unit. Note that ruptures caused by freezing of the fill valve are not covered by the warranty.
