What should I do before using the washer for the first time?
Before washing clothes for the first time, run a QUICK WASH cycle without any clothes in the drum. Use only HE detergent, with half the manufacturer's recommended amount for a medium-size load. This initial cycle ensures the interior is clean before washing clothes. (Page 10)
