How do I set up the timer after removing it from packaging?

First charge the internal battery of the timer for at least one hour, then press and hold the CLOCK button while pressing DAY repeatedly until you see the current day at the top of the display. Set the time by holding CLOCK down and pressing HOUR and MINUTE to set the correct time.
