What should I do if the battery is extremely low even while charging on my ZTE Cymbal 2?

If your battery level is extremely low and you cannot power on the device, charge it for at least 20 minutes before attempting to turn it on again. If the phone still does not activate after prolonged charging sessions, contact customer service for further advice.(Page 19)
