Common Questions
9 totalWhy are there no controls available after I plug the power cord into the outlet and turn on the switch?
If the display shows “12:00”, it indicates a power cut or incorrect time settings. Set the clock by pressing buttons to set hours and minutes (Page 8)
How do I clean the cavity embossment?
Clean the cavity embossment with 250 ml of white vinegar without additives. Let it dissolve limestone for 30 minutes at room temperature, then rinse off with warm water and a soft cloth (Page 29).
Why does the oven door get too hot to touch?
Accessible parts become hot during use; always wear protective gear when removing or inserting ovenware. Ensure correct installation for heat management (Pages 1, 4).
What is the function of Aqua Cleaning and how does it work?
Aqua Cleaning uses humidity to remove fat and food particles. Pour 200 ml of water into the cavity embossment, set True Fan Cooking PLUS, preheat at 90 °C for 30 minutes, then turn off oven and dry (Page 11).
How do I clean and remove shelf supports?
Remove shelf supports by pulling front, then rear end from side walls. Clean accessories with a soft cloth and mild detergent after each use; ensure they are not cleaned in a dishwasher (Page 10).
What should I do about leaking water from the cavity embossment?
Excess water may cause leakage. Ensure not to overfill the cavity embossment during Aqua Cleaning or food preparation (Page 11).

10. HINTS AND TIPS
WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters.
The temperature and cooking times in the tables are guidelines only. They depend on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the ingredients used. Your oven may bake or roast differently to the oven you had before. The tables below show recommended settings for temperature, cooking time and shelf position for specific types of the food. If you cannot find the settings for a special recipe, look for the similar one.
On the inner side of the door you can find:
• the numbers of the shelf positions.
• information about the oven functions, recommended shelf positions and temperatures for dishes.
