How do I clean the inside of the microwave and remove odours?

Wipe the inside with a damp cloth when food splatters or liquids adhere to the walls; mild detergent may be used if very dirty, but avoid spray or harsh cleaners. To remove odours, combine a cup of water with the juice and skin of one lemon in a deep microwaveable bowl, microwave for 5 minutes, then wipe thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Always turn off the oven and remove the power plug before cleaning. (Page 17)
