How do I defrost frozen vegetables using the microwave?
Press FROZEN VEGETABLES pad once for one to two small servings (110~170g/share) or twice for larger portions (280~340g/share). Enter '1' for one entree or '2' for two entrees and then press START/+30 SEC.
