How do I start the engine on a Deluxe 28 snow thrower?

First, move the choke control lever to 'on'. Insert the engine key and turn it. Move the fuel valve to 'on' position and set the throttle control lever to fast. For cold engines, press the primer bulb three times before pressing the electric start button or pulling the recoil starter handle. Wait at least one minute between starting attempts if the first try is unsuccessful. After starting, gradually move the choke to 'off'. (Page 13)
