How do I configure 7.1 surround sound audio output on the PRIME H610M-A D4?

To use 7.1-channel audio output, a chassis with an HD audio module in the front panel is required. Connect the front panel audio module to the AAFP header on the motherboard, and ensure the Front Panel Type item in BIOS setup is set to HD Audio, which is the default setting.
