Insert a USB storage device (preferably USB 2.0) with the BIOS file renamed to SB760F.CAP into the BIOS FlashBack port, then shut down the computer. Press the BIOS FlashBack button for three seconds until the LED blinks three times, and wait for the light to go out, which indicates the update is complete. Do not unplug the drive, cut power, or press the Clear CMOS button during the update process.
