How do I use the Easy Steam Cleaning function?

Remove all accessories from the oven, then add 500 ml of water into the tray and place it on the 2nd shelf. Set the oven to the easy steam cleaning operating mode and run it at 100°C for 15 minutes. Immediately after, open the door carefully — steam will be released and may cause burns — and wipe the oven interior with a wet sponge or cloth. (Page 32)
