What cleaning products should I avoid using on the oven?

You should not use bleach, cleaning products containing ammonia, acid or chloride, steam cleaning products, descaling agents, stain and rust removers, or abrasive cleaning products such as scouring powder, wire wool, or scratching scrubbers. These unsuitable cleaning agents can permanently damage the oven surfaces. For routine cleaning after each use, dishwashing detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth or sponge are sufficient. (Page 30)
