What does it mean when a message with 'D' or 'E' appears on the display?

A 'D' or 'E' message on the display means the electronics have detected a fault. To resolve this, switch off the appliance, disconnect it from the power supply for 5 minutes, then reconnect it. If the message still appears after reconnecting, call Customer Service. (Page 25)
