What is Sabbath mode and how do I activate it?

Sabbath mode switches off all non-essential functions including super cooling, super freezing, alarms, water dispensing, ice cube production, interior lighting, audible signals, and messages on the control panel. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until an audible signal sounds to activate it. The appliance will automatically return to normal mode after approximately 80 hours. (Page 16)
