Why are my dishes not getting dry enough?

The most common causes of poor drying are an empty rinse aid dispenser, improper loading that causes items to nest together, or selecting a cycle that does not include drying (such as Rinse and Hold). Always use a liquid rinse aid even if your detergent contains a drying additive, as it significantly improves drying results.
