Foods not suitable for freezing include vegetables usually eaten raw (e.g. lettuce or radishes), unpeeled or hard-boiled eggs, grapes, whole apples, pears and peaches, and dairy products such as yoghurt, soured milk, sour cream, crème fraîche, and mayonnaise. Additionally, containers with carbonated drinks must never be stored in the freezer compartment as they may burst. (Pages 3, 14)
