How do I convert the HBL503 (5000 Series) to work on a 208V circuit?

With power on, press and hold SET CLOCK and TIMER for at least three seconds until 'Sele dEG' appears, then press and hold STOP TIME and TIMER for three seconds, then press and hold COOK TIME and STOP TIME until 'VOLT 240' displays. Press SET CLOCK, use + or - to select 208, press SET CLOCK again, then press and hold STOP TIME and TIMER, and finally press and hold SET CLOCK until the clock appears. The oven is pre-wired for 240V but can be converted using this process. (Page 6)
