How do I safely lift the combination oven into the cabinet?

Lift by grasping the ridge across the top front of the lower oven cavity with one hand while placing the other hand on the back of the unit. Never attempt to lift the unit by holding the upper oven element. It is recommended to wear gloves, a long-sleeved shirt, and work shoes, and to remove watches and jewelry during the lift. (Page 12)
