How much clearance is needed between the cooktop and the rear wall?
A minimum distance of 2" from the rear wall is required. Additionally, a minimum clearance of 2 1/4" from the counter front must also be maintained. The installed depth also includes a 1" gap for ventilation. (Page 2)
