How do I use the AutoChef™ feature?

Select the appropriate frying level from the chart and place the system pan in the center of the element. Select the element, touch AutoChef (the ' indicator lights up), and select the desired frying level using the number keys. The temperature symbol ¿ appears until the temperature is reached, then a beep sounds. Add the frying oil and ingredients, then turn the food over as usual to avoid burning. (Page 13-14)
