Can I install the receiver inside the wall-hung boiler?

No, the receiver cannot be placed inside the wall-hung boiler. The boiler's metal shell will shield or interfere with the wireless communication of the devices. The receiver should be mounted on the outside, such as magnetically attached to the side of the boiler using the magnetic band on the back cover. (Page 26)
