What is the protection against unintentional operation feature?

Your dishwasher is equipped with a safety function that prevents unintentional operation, especially by children. After pressing Start to begin a wash cycle, you must close the dishwasher door within 4 seconds or the operation will be paused and a signal will advise you to press the Start button again and close the door. This function is activated when pressing Start, setting Delay time, or opening the door during operation, and it cannot be deactivated.
