What does error code E:36 mean and how do I fix it?

Error code E:3610 (displayed as E:36 alternating with -10 and End) indicates that either the drain pump is blocked or the drain hose at the siphon is blocked. To resolve this, check and clean the drain pump by accessing the service flap, or clean the drain hose and siphon connecting piece. Allow the water to cool before attempting to clear a blocked drain pump if washing was done at high temperatures. (Page 48)
