What should I do if no ground coffee is coming from the grinder?

Check that there are coffee beans in the hopper, as an empty hopper is the most common cause. If beans are present, there may be a blocked grinder chamber or chute, or moisture in the grinder — clean and clear the chamber and chute by referring to the Advanced Cleaning for the Conical Burr Grinder section, and ensure the burrs are thoroughly dry before re-assembling.
