How do I update the firmware on the VC-500W?
Using the Brother Color Label Editor 2 app, when your app and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, tap [Settings] > [Firmware update]. For Windows or Mac users, you can download the firmware manually by visiting the Brother support website at support.brother.com, selecting your region, then navigating to Downloads and choosing your product.
