How do I clean the oven and what products should I use?

Wait for the oven to cool before cleaning, and use only water, soap, or bleach-based detergents (ammonia) — never use abrasive detergents, steel wool, or sharp objects as these will irreparably damage the enamelled parts. Clean the glass door with absorbent kitchen towel after every use, and wipe the door seal with a slightly damp sponge if dirty. After using the grill, remove the drip pan and wash it in hot water with washing-up liquid; never put a dirty pan back into the oven. (Page 10)
