What steps are involved in replacing a blown fuse?

To replace a blown fuse, disconnect test leads, remove protective rubber holster, open the fuse door by loosening the screw with a Phillips head screwdriver, pull out the old fuse gently and install a new one of proper size (0.2A/250V fast blow for the 200mA range, 10A/250V fast blow for the 10A range). Securely tighten the door.
