How do I replace the soldering tip on the CMCE040?

First, allow the soldering tip to cool for a minimum of 30 minutes, then remove the battery pack. Loosen the screw on the barrel of the soldering iron pen, pull the old tip out, insert the new tip fully into the barrel, and securely tighten the screw. Only use 0.25 inch (6.35 mm) diameter tips, as smaller diameter tips will not heat up properly and may fall out of the barrel. (Page 10)
