Why is there no sound or weak sound coming from my car radio when using the CBT3348A?

The most likely cause is that the FM frequency on the unit and your car radio do not match; set both to the same blank FM frequency as described in the setup steps. Additionally, check that the volume on the unit, the car radio, and the paired BT device are not set too low, and raise them as needed. (Page 7)
