What steps should I take if no coffee comes out of either spout?

Check that the grinding adjustment dial (A5) is not set too finely. Turn it clockwise for a coarser grind until delivery improves and follow instructions in “8.1 Adjusting the coffee mill” to make necessary adjustments.
