What should I do if the 'Reset' alert appears on the screen?
The Reset alert means your straightener has encountered an error. Press the Power button to turn off the straightener and then turn it back on again. If the alert does not clear, turn off the straightener, unplug it from the power source, then plug it back in and turn it on again. If the issue persists, contact Dyson. (Page 14)
