Where should I avoid installing the EB Therm 500, and what are the installation requirements?
The EB Therm 500 should not be placed where it is exposed to direct sunlight or draughts, as these can affect thermostat functions. It must be installed in a 65 mm junction box that is flush with the wall or tiles, and the thermostat's IP class (IP21) must be taken into account when fitting. The floor heating system is a high voltage installation and must be installed by an authorised electrician in accordance with current national regulations. (Page 22, 25)
