What battery precautions should I follow?
Do not mix new batteries with used batteries. Do not use alkaline batteries with standard carbon-zinc batteries or rechargeable batteries (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, etc.). Always remove old, weak, or dead batteries promptly and recycle or dispose of them according to local and national regulations.
