How do I remove spots and film buildup from glasses and flatware?

Use Jet-Dry rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film build-up on dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and plastic. To remove stubborn pre-existing film, run the longest cycle without detergent, and after 18 to 22 minutes pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher and allow the cycle to complete. If the vinegar rinse doesn't work, repeat the process using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead of vinegar. (Page 22)
