How do I load the upper rack properly?

The upper rack is for glasses, cups, and saucers, with cups and glasses fitting best along the sides. This is also a secure place for dishwasher-safe plastics and odd-shaped utensils. Saucepans, mixing bowls, and other items should be placed face down, and make sure small plastic items are secure so they cannot fall onto the heating element. (Page 8)
