What should I do if suds appear inside the dishwasher tub?

Suds are caused by using the wrong type of detergent — only automatic dishwasher detergents should be used. To remove suds, open the dishwasher and let them evaporate, then add 1 gallon of cold water to the tub, close and latch the door, and pump out the water by slowly turning the dial to a drain period. Repeat if necessary. (Page 20)
