How do I remove spots and film from glassware?

Use Jet-Dry® rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film build-up. To remove stubborn spots and pre-existing film: remove all metal utensils, add no detergent, select the longest cycle, start the dishwasher and allow to run 18-22 minutes, then open the door and pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom and allow the cycle to complete. If this doesn't work, repeat using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead of vinegar.
