What should I do if my dishes have spots and film after washing?

Use Jet-Dry rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film build-up on dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and plastic. To remove stubborn spots, run the dishwasher without detergent or metal utensils on the longest cycle, and after 18 to 22 minutes pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher and allow the cycle to complete. If vinegar does not work, repeat using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead. (Page 21)
