What should I do if detergent is left in the dispenser cups?

Water may not be reaching the detergent cups, so move dishes that may be blocking them. If you used powder detergent, open the cup and remove any caked-on detergent. If the cup still does not open automatically after removing caked detergent, call for service. The dispenser cover may also be blocked by improperly loaded items.
